Perfect for: Best suited to new businesses within their first few months of trading who need bookkeeping set-up, regular check-ins, and education before moving into a full bookkeeping package.
(up to 3 months)

This Package Includes:

  • One-off initial set-up & onboarding

  • Weekly 1:1 support call (Zoom or phone)

  • Ongoing general bookkeeping

  • Xero training video library access

  • Limited email support 
    (business-hours responses)​

Small Business Essentials
Package

Perfect for: This package is for growing small businesses that need ongoing bookkeeping, regular support, and clear systems in place to confidently manage their finances.
(minimum of 6 months) 

This Package Includes:

  • Payroll support for up to 5 employees

  • Weekly 1:1 support call (Zoom or phone)

  • Ongoing general bookkeeping

  • Bookkeeping clean-up & catch-up support (where required)

  • Business systems & workflow review

  • Unlimited email support for queries

  • Xero training video library access

Community Organisation Support Package

Perfect for: Community groups, Indigenous organisations, and not-for-profits needing reliable bookkeeping, reporting support, and systems to help manage compliance, and day-to-day operations with confidence.
(minimum of 6 months)

This Package Includes:

  • Ongoing general bookkeeping

  • Grant acquittal and funding reporting assistance

  • Payroll support for staff and volunteers

  • Weekly 1:1 support call (Zoom or phone)

  • Financial reporting and reconciliations

  • Business systems & workflow review

  • Unlimited email support for queries

  • Xero training video library access

Not included: Payroll services
